- WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
SHIPPING ESTIMATES - estimated delivery dates from day of posting.
UK: 5-15 working days
EU: 5-15 working days - up to 30 working days
Rest of world: 10-15 working days - up to 35 working days.

Orders are shipped every MONDAY, the cutoff for this is midday of the Saturday prior (UK GMT).
- DO YOU OFFER RUSH/PRIORITY SHIPPING?
I don't offer this service, usually tracked items arrive faster than standard post but this is NOT a guarantee.
- CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON TWO ORDERS?
If you email me before your items have shipped I will try to help. Once you place a new order containing all of the items I can go back and cancel/refund the old orders. Due to the high volume of orders I cannot do this for orders placed during sales events or new release days.
- COMBINING IN STOCK ITEMS WITH PREORDERS
If you are ordering multiple items including preorders THEY WILL SHIP TOGETHER. This means that all of your items will ship as one parcel when the preorder items are in stock. If you want your in stock items sooner then please order them separately.
- I'VE ORDERED MY ITEMS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please email me as soon as possible if you have added the incorrect shipping information. If your order hasn't been shipped then I will try to change the shipping information. If the order has shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer and no refunds will be issued.
If your order gets returned to sender, please get in touch and I will resend your item. Your order will only be reshipped once before your order is cancelled and refunded. NOTE - Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
- THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK; WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?
This depends as I create a blend of both Limited Edition and Open Edition items. The best way to stay up to date on releases is to follow my social media.
- CAN I CANCEL / RETURN MY ORDER?
If you get in touch BEFORE your order has shipped then I will do my best to assist with cancelling your order.
Returns are only accepted on damaged or defective items (does NOT include B grade pins or sale items), you will need to provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
